Junior Solicitor – General Practice
We are seeking a motivated Junior Solicitor to join our busy general practice firm. This role offers exposure to a wide range of legal matters and the opportunity to develop strong advocacy skills from the outset.
About the Role:
Work across diverse matters including litigation, commercial, family, criminal, and administrative law.
Draft documents, prepare briefs, and conduct legal research.
Appear at court and tribunal hearings under supervision.
Manage matters on an ad hoc basis, gaining experience in multiple practice areas.
Important to Note:
This position is not suited to applicants seeking to work in a single area of law only. We require flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine interest in taking on varied matters as they arise, including regular appearances in court and tribunals.
About You:
Admitted as a solicitor in NSW.
Preferably 1–2 years’ post-admission experience in a legal practice.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Keen to learn, proactive, and enthusiastic about advocacy.
Flexible, resourceful, and able to adapt to a wide variety of work.
