Nicholas was admitted to practice in 2014 and the High Court of Australia in 2016.

Since his admission he has worked solely in private practice and gained extensive experience in criminal law, having worked on several high-profile cases.

Nicholas has represented clients in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court of NSW and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal. He is an experienced advocate who has appeared without counsel in all Local Court applications, sentences, and hearings as well as NSW District Court appeals and sentences.

Nicholas takes a particular interest in representing clients in the Supreme Court of NSW in relation to complex white-collar crime or fraud matters and defending persons charged with serious offences before the District Court of NSW.

Nicholas is an expert in criminal law practice and procedure, appearing in all criminal matters.

Outside of work, he enjoys exercise and spending time with family and friends relaxing on one of Sydney’s many beaches.
